All Heart is here to help you win at the charity game. We use our knowledge, experience and creativity to help you answer the tricky questions that arise when making any major commitment to a new idea or project. For example, how to set up a charity? Or how best to make athlete philanthropy successful. 

Many athletes have great ideas but do not know how best to develop and implement them within the charitable sector. Setting up a charitable trust or project can be daunting as there is a fear that something will go wrong, they will choose the wrong cause, or they won’t have the time or knowledge to do it. The world of philanthropy and giving is a rewarding yet complex one. LEANNE AYIN

FOUNDER AND CEO

Leanne has always been really interested in sport studying Sport and Exercise Science and Leisure Management at the University of Gloucestershire, followed by post graduate study in International Sports Business at New York University.

Her interest in sports for good came in her first role as a Community Development Officer in one of London's most deprived boroughs and led to charitable roles at Harlequins, British Gymnastics and London 2012. Leanne soon developed a passion for football and enjoyed more senior roles at Manchester City FC, Fulham FC and the Premier League.

After 14 years working in the professional sports industry Leanne felt it was time to give something back and built a business that had been a dream of hers for many years. Now the Founder and CEO of All Heart Leanne gets a huge amount of satisfaction in supporting players and athletes to use their power wealth and influence to have as much impact in the world as possible.

Leanne is a keen sportswoman herself enjoying netball, dance and running and going out for long walks with her husband and 8 month old son Kobe.

Lucy Bramhall

Consultant

Lucy is our Consultant, and brings everyday positivity together with expansive creative, CSR and operational experience to the team. Lucy is also the 'go-to' person for our partners and stakeholders. 

After graduating from The University of Manchester with a degree in English Language, she went on to spend four years in the Communications Team at Manchester City Football Club. It is at the Club, where she developed a passion for football and a keen interest in CSR, specifically around how the power of sport can be used as a catalyst for social good.

Clidna Bailey-Doyle

Events and Projects Executive

In 2020, Clidna joined the team as an Events Management graduate from the University of Chester. She has knowledge and experience in charitable events, sporting events and high end events. Clidna once was a national synchronised swimmer competing for over nine years along with the many other sports she would enjoy to play alongside this. Now her passion for sports and her Events Management knowledge has intertwined making this the perfect role for her. It is extremely important for Clidna that her job and livelihood involved supporting others, doing her bit and helping make a difference in many ways. Clidna also has an online blog which she enjoyed creating and updating, she loves to travel and all things fitness but most importantly spending time with her loved ones.
